摘要: 简要介绍了非金属管道——玻璃纤维增强热固性塑料管道(GRP)的基本连接模式。对国内外的玻璃钢管道标准和规范进行了综合比较,提出了玻璃钢管在石化行业倾向采用美国标准。针对常用的几种玻璃钢管道的接口型式,从接口强度、综合费用和地质环境的适用性三个方面进行综合比较,提出了适用于石油化工行业给排水工程用玻璃钢管道连接方式的建议

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the basic connection mode of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic (GRP) pipe, which is non-metallic pipe. The article makes a comprehensive comparison of the domestic and foreign standards and codes related to GRP pipes in petrochemical industry, and suggests that the petrochemical industry should adopt American standards. Focusing on several commonly used interface types of GRP pipe, this paper makes a further analysis of the interface strength, the comprehensive cost and the applicability of geological environment, and gives some suggestions on the connection mode of GRP pipes for water supply and drainage projects in petrochemical industry.
